    Andy enjoys working on large, complex buildings that give him a real challenge and allow him to properly get his teeth into a project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, and following Nottingham Forest, although not all at the same time.

    Dave’s favourite part of his role is solving clients’ problems and helping them navigate complex challenges. Outside of work, he values time with family and enjoys walking, keeping active, and spending time with old cars, particularly classic VWs. A keen sports fan, Dave follows pretty much every form of sport and, when inspiration strikes, can often be found adding another unread business book to his collection.

  • Rebecca enjoys being the central hub for both clients and the team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure the cogs keep turning. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, gardening and reading, and is rarely short of plans, often heading to festivals, gigs or spending weekends catching up with friends. At home, Rebecca’s two guinea pigs, Biscoff and Pedro, enjoy a very privileged lifestyle, with her husband well aware of the pecking order.

    Sarah enjoys the variety that comes with travelling for work, with each day bringing a different location. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing on the Xbox, and going to gigs. A fun fact about Sarah is her impressive Duolingo streak, which currently stands at 1,417 days.

    Matt enjoys the variety his role brings, from balancing office and on-site work to working across a wide range of buildings. Above all, Matt enjoys being challenged and problem-solving, whether that means tackling straightforward issues or working through more complex projects. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his young family, including two children and a recently added puppy. When he gets the chance, Matt enjoys swimming each week and heading to the cinema with his wife.

    Ian is happiest when out on site surveying. Outside of work, he heads to the gym most mornings and enjoys hiking and rambling with his wife Jo and Bailey the dog. A keen Gloucester Rugby fan, Ian is also a Senior Steward in the infamous Shed at Kingsholm.

    Courtney enjoys researching the history of each building she works on, from its age and past uses to how it has evolved over time, and understanding how that story influences energy performance. Outside of work, she’s a full-time mum to her daughter and spends much of her time exploring, playing and keeping up with her. Courtney loves learning new skills, from sewing and writing to experimenting with natural remedies and homemade recipes, and enjoys reading romance and fantasy books. A keen creative, she’s also in the process of writing a book, using it as a way to unwind and express herself.

    Lee enjoys carrying out building surveys that span several days, and the challenge and variety of working across different sites. Outside of work, Lee loves spending time with his family, particularly building LEGO sets and playing on the Nintendo Switch with his children. They also enjoy days out together at attractions such as theme parks and zoos.
